Executive Therapy sessions are all about increasing and developing leadership effectiveness in all facets of a leader. This highly personalized process begins by identifying your best leadership practices and your challenges, bridging the gap between the logistical part of business, such as marketing and the business model you have, to the psychology and actions it takes to be an amazing leader. Where you’ve been stuck, we’ll move you forward. Where you have blind spots, we’ll help you see. Where you’ve been frustrated, we’ll get at the root causes and find solutions.
In the fast-paced world of business today, hardly anyone feels like they can have it all: success, balance, and well-being. My main mission is to help Entrepreneurs, Executives, and Business Owners bridge the gap between their leadership and mental well being with their business. I come with a unique approach from the world of both Business and Psychology. I serve as advisors and confidants to business leaders on the issues and challenges they rarely, if ever, can discuss with anyone else. The executive role is one filled with constant uncertainty and an inevitable degree of isolation and loneliness with the constant task of needing to take decisive action and make hard, strategic choices.
Business leaders also need to be able to take some time to reflect on the psychology of their business and understand the dynamics of their management team and board, their own evolving leadership challenges, and the culture and mood of their organization as a whole. There are significant advantages to discussing sensitive aspects of corporate life with a skilled outsider who is not a part of the ongoing interpersonal dynamics of an organization, and who brings a psychological perspective on these issues. These conversations, which generally continue for the duration of the CEO’s tenure, are held in the strictest confidence and offer the business leader an opportunity to gain new perspectives on the human dimensions of their work and the psychological forces impinging on their leadership and on their businesses as a whole.
